Income Eligibility Form (24-25)
Community Eligibility Provision Parent Letter (24-25)
Community Eligibility Provision Fact Sheet
Students in the Camden Central School District will continue to enjoy access to a free breakfast and lunch each school day in the 2024-2025 school year. The meals are made possible through the District’s ongoing participation in the Community Eligibility Provision under
This program affords the opportunity to provide all students with daily meals at no cost to families, without requiring a free/reduced price lunch application to be filled out from individual households.
While application forms are not required on an individual basis, the District strongly encourages all families to fill a household income eligibility form out each school year, regardless of their circumstances or needs.
Filling out the form each year helps improve the District’s access to additional benefits and opportunities such as expanded funding for initiatives such as Title I, student application fee waivers for college entrance exams, and other resources for students, staff, and families.
If you would like to fill out this important form ahead of time, it is available online at CamdenSchools.org on the “Food Services” webpage under the “Departments” heading, or at this link.
Alternatively, one will be sent home with your child at the beginning of the school year, which you can fill out and return to school.
Any forms obtained online through the link above can be mailed to the District Office at your convenience using the following address:
